Wedding Checklist
Twelve/Eighteen Months Ahead
• Select the church of your choice or marriage celebrant
• Contact Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club and book your wedding reception
• Make arrangements for your hire cars
• Select a photographer
• Select a DJ or band
Three Months Ahead
• Choose your master of ceremonies (MC)
• Select a wedding cake design
• Arrange printing of invitations, place cards and thank-you cards
• Organise and select all floral arrangements
Two Months Ahead
• Make appointment with Marmion Angling and aquatic Club to organise
Catering arrangements – 50% of food payment required.
• Finalise guest list and write our invitations
Six Weeks Ahead
• Mail your invitations
• Maintain a record of acceptances and regrets
• Reconfirm arrangements with the church or marriage celebrant and
arrange for a rehearsal
Two Weeks Ahead
• Make appointment with Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club to finalise
all catering arrangements
• Final check on flowers, cars, photographer, music and cake
One Week Ahead
• Arrange last meeting with Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club Wedding
Coordinator
for delivery of bonbonnieres, place cards, seating plan, cake bags and other
assortments.
• Confirm final numbers of guests attending reception.
• Final payment of all food costs.
